Library's Statute

Rules & regulations for the Library Of The European Career School:

1.        The Library of the Specialists for Europe University (WSZ KdE) supports the didactical process.

2.        The Library satisfies the needs for information and supports the scientific activity of employees and students of the Specialists for Europe University.

3.        The Library’s superintendence is performed by the Library Council of the Specialists for Europe University. The Library Manager presents a report once a year and a precise activity schedule for the following year.

4.        All employees and students of the Specialists for Europe University, as well as other students, have the right to use the Library’s collections.

5.        The employees and students of the Specialists for Europe University have the right to lend 3 books for 2 weeks.

6.        The Library Manager has the right to refuse lending rare, precious books.

7.        A daily 1-zloty-fine is being collected for the unpunctual return of each book.

8.        In case of loss or destruction of the lent works (books), the reader is obliged to return the cost of their value. Each work is being valued by the Library Manager, every time a book is lost.

9.        The Library’s collections may be explored after showing a student’s card or any other identity card.

10.     Silence is to be kept in the Library. It is not allowed to use cellular phones. The Library Manager has the right to remove readers, breaking these rules and regulations.
