Required documents.
1. a letter of application for the place in the B.A. studies
2. secondary school graduation certificate or its copy certified by the public notary or in the approved by the school office on the basis of the original
3. the xerocopy of ID, in case of the old ID – the copy of pages 1-3 and 6 – certified as original by the public notary or the school office on the basis of the original
4. xerocopy of the military service papers – 1 and 2 page and the WKU signature
5. relevant medical certificate
6. medical certificate acknowledging ability to do strenuous physical exercise for the candidates of the tourism and recreation faculty
7. the receipt of payment of administration fee amounting to 100 PLN(50 PLN will be counted as the first fee), to 31st of July, this fee will amount to 60 PLN (50 PLN will be counted as the first monthly fee) to a bank account number:

8. four photographs sized 40 x 50mm
9. 2 self- addressed envelopes + postage stamps
10. white paper file with elastics
Admittance to the school will be made on provision of signing the contract:
The above mentioned documents are to be laid in the Admissions Office which is located in Poznan, Mansfelda 4 Street.
